Eisold steps in for Parr like a pro
By Leader-Telegram staff
Sophomore Amanda Eisold scored a career-high 14 points and led Eau Claire North with six rebounds in her first career start, a 63-43 defeat of Rice Lake in a Big Rivers Conference girls basketball game Tuesday night at the Doghouse.
Eisold started in place of Larissa Parr, who broke her left hand Friday during a victory over Menomonie. She is expected to be out for about one month.
Lindsey Rongstad had nine points for the Huskies (7-1, 12-2), who remained tied with Eau Claire Memorial and Hudson atop the Big Rivers standings. Memorial is scheduled to play host to North on Friday night.
